Project Manager at Underhill Associates, Margaux’s passion for development, re-development, and renovation began at an early age growing up around the family business. She has spent the last 10 years carving out her own path, gaining experience at another local development company before joining Underhill Associates in 2021 where she was excited to return to her roots, and extremely proud and energized to carry on the legacy her grandfather, George Underhill, started 50 years ago. She has enjoyed wearing many hats in her time as a partner in the company as project manager, in-house designer, overseeing operations and most recently obtaining her real estate license. Margaux is a member of Leadership Louisville, Louisville Independent Business Alliance, and Holy Trinity Catholic Church. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active and outdoors with her husband and three children.
